Story one:  Learning to Negotiate/

                 Getting Along with Staff

The Staff is  making someone go to bed when they have

something they need to prepare for the next day.

 

 

 The person has several responses they could make:

  1. Anger - leading to punishment and broken relationships
  2. and labeling

  3. Negotiation- lead to person staying up but the rule
  4. remained unchallenged

  5. Challenge the policy- lead to empowerment of people
