Citizens and the law
Some people without disabilities don't know much about
disabilities. They don't quite understand about how we
do things and how we think. A good illustration of this is
like using various speeds on a turntable. Like there are
45 RPM, 33 1/3 RPM, and 78 RPM. To most people
without disabilities people with disabilities seem to be
going slow, but to people with disabilities think that
people without disabilities go fast, like 78 RPM.
The regular speed is somewhere in the middle.
